The work they did was excellent. They started work everyday on time and worked hard continuously. Each person took particular care to cover and protect areas near the worksite from dust and debris and they cleaned the site meticuously at the end of each work day. In addition if the workers encountered an unforseen construction problem that was not to code or needed correction, they brought the issue to my attention and issued a change order before going ahead with any changes or modifications to the contract. Z&B Fine-Euro Construction did a very professional job in a timely manner.

have been associated with Z&B Fine Euro Construction for over 10 years. They were initially responsible for making certain upgrades to my house. I always received prompt replies to my calls, explanations of my choices and options, and then timely and excellent completion of any job that we had agreed upon. I always felt very confident that they were using the best materials, and that everything was done in a proper manner so that I would not have any problems after it was done. All of the workers who came to my house were courteous, respectful and punctual. Anything items that required moving or protection during a job, were neatly and carefully placed back in their original position. I also felt very comfortable and secure leaving any of the workers in my home while I was not present.

Zoran of Z&B construction has done several jobs at the condo building where I reside from replacing masonry front steps and a landing, support beams, etc. All of the work is excellent and meets code. He has also done work in at least five separate condos which included a new kitchen, a new bathroom, new doors, new baseboard molding, and new wood floors. He also installed sound proof walls in one condo. All of the owners, including me have been very pleased and all of us without hesitation refer him to anyone we know who needs home improvements. One of the owners said: "When Zoron does something in your condo it is cleaner when he leaves than when he got there." He and his workers are hard working, neat, polite and personable.
